- To empower adopted individuals of all races and cultures across the lifespan throughout the State of Minnesota
- To maximize the longevity and quality of family and community relationships for adopted individuals
- To maximize the individual well-being and long-term potential of adopted individuals
- To capture the knowledge and life wisdom of older adptees and fosterees across race and culture in order to empower younger adoptees, adoptive families and adoption practitioners.
